1. Click on the page icon (next to the page title in the page tree)
2. Click 'New'
3. Click 'Page Inside > Click here for wizard'
4. Select position of new page

2. Click 'Cut'
3. Click on the icon of the page you want to move the page a) after or b) into (i.e. make a sub-page)
4. a) Click 'Paste after' or b) click 'Paste into'

You can also drag-and-drop from the Page Tree, give it a try!

1. Click on the page icon (next to the page title in the page tree)
2. Click 'Hide'

Alternatively the page can be hidden in the Page Properties view.
