Over the past 20 years Minty & Friend, recognised as one of the UK's leading authorities in disability and diversity in the workplace, has continued to push back boundaries, opening doors for individuals and organisations that believe in positive change.
During this time disability and diversity have moved forward. In line with changing attitudes, needs and desires, Simon Minty and Phil Friend with their team of professionals, demonstrate a fresh approach to individuality and difference.
It was imperative that this site extolled the values of accessibility. The site is full code compliant, text can be resized, colour schem can be changed, and it screen-reader friendly. We also built our own easy to use Content Management System making it easy for M&F to keep it up-to-date.
