Aida Martinez
Senior Developer
We are a dynamic and passionate team with years of experience in web design, development, branding and digital marketing.
Aida hails from Galicia, the only region in Spain that can compete with the UK on rainy days. She joined TWK, originally as an intern, in 2015 and has been a reliable, proactive, innovative problem solver ever since.
Senior Developer
Amy was Marketing Officer at our client Claremont Fan Court School, before leaving to go to KFC - no, not for lunch but for a job managing their website and online campaigns.
Account Manager
Ben joined in 2011 as Project Director and has led the team since 2015. Ben is a proud Welshman but lives just the wrong side of the border in Bristol with three young children.
Managing Director
Catalina came to the UK from her native Chile to study International Relations at Durham University. We’re delighted that she found her way into agency life and that she’s become such a valued source of guidance and advice for the clients she looks after.
Account Manager
David is a truly creative web developer: his passion lies both in the creative ideas and in the way those ideas can be technically executed online. He enjoys skateboarding and parkour but may have less time for these as he's just become a Dad too.
Technical Director
Euan joined us in 2023 to build our US operation from New York, having successfully built and led another UK agency in the US. Agency leader by day, Euan is a singer and actor by night and is at home on stage performing musical theatre.
US Project Director
Ewan has been with TWK since 2018 and leads the Project Management division. Ewan spent 10 years in Sweden and keeps up the language by conducting all meetings with Hilda in Swedish. He's a surfer, wakeboarder, climber and most recently a skateboarder now too.
Project Director
Florence grew up in Dubai and joined TWK in 2023, immediately proving herself as a creative and technically gifted designer. Like lots of the team she’s a keen surfer but unfortunately missed our team trip to The Wave in 2022 - we must go again!
Junior Designer
Gemma joined TWK in 2019 and her calm but proactive manner has made her a fantastic partner for her clients. She is currently on maternity leave having already been a fantastic mum to her dog Lola.
Senior Project Manager
Hilda put us to shame when she arrived from Sweden in 2015 with better spoken and written English than most of us. She now wows us not only with her code but with videos of her death-defying flying trapeze.
Senior Developer
JJ was TWK's first ever apprentice in 2018 and couldn't have been more successful since. He has become an expert in WebGL, creating 3D immersive experiences that were not possible a few years ago. He has lost the long hair he had when he joined us, but still thrashes his electric guitar when he can.
Senior Developer
Joe is a natural talent that is able to combine thoughtful insights on a client brief with the innovative ideas that defines our work. Thankfully, his passion for design just about outweighs his love of history and obsession with Ancient Greece.
Senior Designer
Jonny is a rare species: brilliant at everything yet simultaneously humble and easygoing. He has brought a combination of energy, creativity and organisational nous to his projects since joining us in 2018.
Senior Project Manager
Ketu joined us in 2022 having gone through the ranks to a senior position in a global marketing agency. He brought with him his expertise in data, analytics and performance to help report on the impact of our work.
Head of Digital Marketing
Laura first completed a work experience programme with us in 2018 during her degree in Graphic Communication & Illustration. We stayed in close contact after that having seen her natural talent and we were delighted when she joined us full-time in 2019.
Senior Designer
Lietta joined in 2013, initially as an intern from Italy with limited English. She quickly became a fantastic Senior Designer and she now brings her passion and energy to the pastoral side of life at TWK.
Senior Designer & Studio Director
Martin first joined TWK in 2018. He returned to his family farm in Cornwall during the COVID pandemic in order to help get the farm in order, but rejoined us in 2024. As well as being a farmer, Martin is a coder, an SEO-guru, a professional bassist, a music producer and a great story-teller.
Account Manager
Matt has driven the creativity of our business since 2014. He is passionate about breaking the mould and crafting pioneering digital experiences. His growing young family helps keep his creativity flowing.
Creative Director
Matt joined us in 2022 from an agency specialising in school websites. As well as being a warm, energetic and diligent project manager at TWK, Matt is the frontman in a rock band. Having recently become a Dad, Matt is temporarily exchanging the mic for a bottle of warm milk.
Junior Project Manager
Matteo is another of our contingent based in Brighton. Originally from Italy he is a connoisseur of Italian wine as well as an expert on the modern web. Matteo brought tons of experience and a fantastic work ethic when he joined us in 2022.
Senior Developer
Ollie joined in 2024 having been the Marketing & Communications Manager at City of London School, where he worked closely with us at TWK on a new website project. He is an independent school marketing expert.
Project & Account Manager
Pete's encyclopedic knowledge of the web and how to optimise performance has developed over his 10+ years as a leader at TWK. His two young children keep him busy out of work.
Client Success Director
Rob founded The Web Kitchen in 2005 to leverage his natural creativity, energy and the growing digital sector. Alongside his role as CEO, Rob has built and sold other businesses in a variety of sectors. He continues to generate problem-solving ideas that others simply can't.
Founder & CEO
Rosie joined us in 2018 with a first in Maths from a top university so we knew she had the makings of a fantastic developer. True enough, she has excelled during her time with us. She now lives by the sea in Brighton, just a few doors away from her line manager, David!
