A limited release of unique waterfront homes on Dubai’s most exclusive private island.
Lamar, the boutique property developer behind the Sea Mirror vision, came to us with a challenge: to capture the attention of ultra high net worth individuals – a group of people who can afford practically any thing on earth.
Our research identified the unique components of the Sea Mirror proposition: timeless modernist architecture, designed by renowned architects, brought to Dubai for the first time ever, and exclusive private island living a stone’s throw from the heart of Dubai.
We then set about bringing this proposition to life. Knowing that, for this audience, luxury is simply a hygiene factor, we crafted, pixel by pixel, a completely bespoke website design with the goal of making a deep emotional connection with audiences.
The result is a website that embodies exactly what Sea Mirror stands for: timeless modernist perfection, and private island exclusivity. Lyrical copy, striking layouts, visual metaphors, distinctive renders and stylish animations and effects work together to paint a compelling picture of Sea Mirror.
But the Sea Mirror experience goes deeper than first impressions. We brought a sense of island exclusivity to the website through a password protected area where personally approved visitors can view the homes in detail. Privacy is protected by a screening process; successful applicants receive login details that give them personalised access to view specific homes that may be of interest to them.
The results of website speak for themselves. All properties were sold out within six months of launch, the site was recognised for an honourable mention by awwwards, and, delighted with the site, Lamar went on to commission us to build their own website – recognition of our hard work and a major investment for their own brand equity.
